  • 1 cup 1 cup blueberries frozen
  • 1 cup baby spinach loosely packed
  • 1/2 each banana frozen and cut into chunks
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened Or milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1.5 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 scoop protein powder, (1 scoop at least 20g protein) Or collagen peptides

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
